Chase bank good app, prompt customer services and rates

Chase bank has a good app, prompt and efficient customer service and 'better than others' savings rates - what's not to love? Customer services called me personally when I tried to make a big payment once (which was out of character for my account usage). The saver account is great too. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Good rewards. A few improvements to make in the app

Chase is easy to use and gives better rewards with its 1% than many other banks right out of the box. In general the app is easy to use. I have a couple of features I'd like to change, for example it would be nice to have an auto top-up functionality to make adding cash less tedious. And also it's frustrating that the balance on the home page often doesn't update unless you click into your transactions. Their customer service is pretty responsive though. Clean, simple banking!

Clean, simple banking! But looks after the pennies, which looks after the pounds! Round up to 5%, 1% everyday interest with decent 4.1% saver - 1% cash back on nearly everything! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I have had nothing but great experience with Chase.

I have had nothing but great experience with Chase. It's no wonder that they are disrupting the other, complacent banks in this marketplace. They make everything simple, they help quickly and are very customer-focussed, and they pay decent rates of interest on your balances. Plus there's some frills such as cash back and the ability to hold pots or sub-accounts that I love. I've put several friends onto Chase and I will continue to evangelise about their great service.
