Chase bank - excellent customer service.

Chase bank - excellent customer service. They go further to make sure you have a great experience within the application and with their bank. The bank are responsive to any queries you may have. I had an initial issue with transferring or receiving money from abroad. They quickly resolved this for me and communicated it throughout. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Very easy to open an account ,servicing the account is very straightforward ,it also offers consistent value for money with its rewards.The account is very fast on notifications and interacts with my tech flawlessly.The service from the staff either by phone or chat is prompt competent and helpful and am very pleased to have opened this account and have no regrets and no reservations in recommending it to my family and friends who have also been very satisfied .
