Customer service contact

Customer service very good, I have had to contact them due to unknown payment on my account. They were very quick and resolved the issues straight away. Leaving me feeling very relieved and safe. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Deposit of cash

Excellent service on every front. Only problem is that it is a little difficult to deposit cash if there are no local branches. More Branches would be beneficial Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Customer service was helpful and informative

Customer service was helpful and informative via the chat feature when I used it as I had a query. Being able to use the debit card while abroad with no fee is excellent and saves me having to worry about getting a specific travel card. Having 1% cashback on all purchases is also extremely handy. The only draw back from this account that I have noticed is that I cannot pay cheques in via the app which I recently had to do so had to use my other current account with a different bank for that. No fuss banking where I can set up several savings accounts myself. Great for daily spending and get rewards too. Have recommended chase banking to many friends and family. Love that there's no fees for spending abroad. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
