I get rewarded for almost everything I spend!

I used to use my M&S credit card for all my shopping and earned an average £8 quarterly in reward vouchers to be spent at M&S. Since moving my monthly spending to Chase bank I have earned more than that each month., just for spending! When I had problems setting up my Chase app, I rang them. My call was answered in 5 rings and I spoke to a really helpful member of staff who talked me through the steps I needed to take and stayed on the line with me until I was successful. Wish all banks were like this !!!

Excellent customer service. Easy set up, great interface and easy to use. Had issues where someone had fraudulently used my account.. Chase was on it and sorted out out the refund promptly. Also had a dispute with a vendor where they claimed a payment hadn't gone through. Chase told me to give it a few days. The next day I was contacted by Chase confirming that the transaction had gone through and asked if I would like to set up a dispute. Dispute was set up and refunded immediately refunded.....
