Great customer service and app features

I've been banking with Chase for a couple of years now and have been pleased with the level of service that they provide. The cashback and roundup features are easy to set up and operate, and if there's ever an issue customer support are easy to contact, polite and helpful. Chase was very easy and convenient

Chase was very easy and convenient to open up a bank account in the first place. The 1% cashback on purchases is fantastic value for money, providing a regular discount on all of my spending. Transfers are quick and seamless and the app UI is very user friendly Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Best of the best

Their customer support is polite, quick and effective. I could not ask for more from a bank. I had issues with a purchase and pursuing a refund. The staff made me feel supported and dealt with my issue to the best of their ability treating me with respect for the entirety.
