Great bank, Great rewards.

Been with Chase a year and I find the cashback and interest rewards great. I've only had to contact customer service once regarding a payment query which they were quick to answer and reassure me about what's going to happen. As a bank they provide an easy to use and easy to understand banking system. I have had no problem with contacting them with problems or queries and anything I have contacted them about has been resolved immediately. Their charges are low and sometimes charge free. The rates they provide for savings are among the highest around. Overall I’m delighted with the current account and savings account I have opened with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great for cashback if you meet the conditions

Great for cashback if you meet the conditions every month. Hopefully this will last long into the future without any more conditions being added. Also provides interest on current account which is our feature that a lot of main high Street banks no longer provide. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

App is intuitive, effective & efficient. The speed of transaction-related notifications is very fast. Customer support chat is effective and efficient.
