Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Converted to mobile banking by using Chase.

I have been converted to mobile banking by using Chase. It tells me instantly if a payment has gone through, allows a good number of contactless payments and has worked great abroad with quick currency conversion without extra charges. Excellent product, service and app.

The customer service is excellent, the team is quite to respond and provide comprehensive advice to solve your issue. There savings account which links to your debit account is easy to use and gives a good rate of return. The app is easy to use and easy to track what you’ve got in your accounts.
