Easy to set up and a great app.

It's really easy to set up a current account and then set up one or more savings accounts. Interest paid on the current account and a reasonable interest rate on the savings accounts. customer services and all-round great banking

I had to call customer services about an issue with a transaction. Having had adequate to poor experiences with other major banks, I was expecting similar from a challenger bank. However, my call was answered quickly and resolved helpfully and enthusiastically by the representative. This is on top of an already great experience with a straightforward app, good savings rate, round up feature, cash back, and international spending rates. I recommend Chase to loads of people now! Moving Account to Chase : No Brainer !!

We hold money in Halifax PLc ( quite a lot!!) We opened a Chase account in order to make it easy to use in Asia for three months and since then we’ve opened a deposit account as the efficiency and robustness of the service is second to none !! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
