What's not to like

I have had a great experience since opening my Chase account. I'm very happy with the features of the account including being able to get cashback, being able to round up so that I can save and being able to use my card abroad without incurring charges Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great bank with some flaws

Sometimes the lack of a website makes things difficult (e.g. accessing documents or transactions), and there are certain things that other UK bank accounts can do that Chase cannot (e.g. there is no IBAN for international payments), but the customer service is amazing. Preferred Bank Account

Originally applied for CHASE account as a secondary bank to my Primary Bank , initially drawn to its rewards & Savings incentives. However, due to its simplicity online , & it’s great interest rates , I find myself increasingly using it as my main bank . Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
