Great account, great service

I was a bit hesitant at opening this account but I have found the service brilliant with access to a savings account, cash back on purchases and the reward scheme. As they say, every little helps! A game changer

The application process was incredibly easy and the App very clear and easy to use. Transactions are recorded in real time. Very competitive interest rates and incentives to save, for example the Round Up app. Reviewed on: 18th March 2023

Plain and Simple App to operate.

New to the UK banking scene but very much an established bank in US. Straightforward operation of the banking app with new features being added regularly. Bonus o cash back on spending, now being transferred to credit interest on a current account. Very 1980s/1990s but at the same time revolutionary in the 2020s. Nice one Chase.
