Chase is great

Ever since changing to chase bank - life has become much easier. The savings account interest rates are so great. The exchange rate whilst using card aboard is great & is very easy to use aboard without any problems. Whenever I get a refund with chase bank I don’t have to wait the long 2-10days it usually comes within the next 24 hrs. Overall my time has been great with Chase bank. By far the best bank about

The Customer service is spot on, so query is an issue small or big, always very friendly and easy to access. I think the reward they offer are very good and the interest rates are good to given the current climate. I also like the cash back savings and the rounds up they’re amazing ways to save and have really helped me get a grip of my savings! Can’t fault chase bank at all Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
