Fabulous customer service, interest rates and app

Chase's customer service has been nothing short of excellent, especially when I was travelling in America- they were contactable and helpful at all times!! The interest rates are fabulous compared to most major British Banks and they have helpful pots so you can keep your money organised but easily accessible. A digital account for the digital age

All Correspondence is prompt, account updates almost instantly (credit and debit), with changes to interest rates following through the same day unlike other providers who can take many days/weeks to make changes. Genuinely just a great bank.

Whilst high street banks may be closing, Chase has certainly made banking simple and intuitive and fair. Reasonable rates of interest earned on current and savings accounts. It's an app and a bank that I use everyday. I haven't closed my 'main' bank account I am certainly considering it as Chase is the one I use for all payments and purchases.
