Simple to use.

The account was easy to open, transactions are simple to perform. I like the ‘round up’ and savings functions which also give you better interest rates than the current account. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent online banking service.

Excellent online banking service. Good app, no issues. Easy to create savings account. Perticulary like the round up feature as a way to save a little extra. I only use Chase Bank now when I travel - no need for complex currency conversion just pay knowing I am getting the best possible rate and up to 1% back on my spend. And 1% on my current account cash too. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Current account that rewards you

Chase's current account is free to open and gives you 1% cashback on purchases as long as you deposit £500 per month. This is better than most banks as they charge monthly fees and vary cashback based on your purchases. Only downside is that after the first year this is capped at £15 per month so good for everyday spending but not ideal if you plan on making big purchases. Level of security is higher than most banks I've used, contactless requires you to put pin in every 10 taps. Customer service can be contacted easily through the app chat link. Excellent account, very easy to use, 1% cashback on card spending, and option to round up spending to the next pound, and pay into a round-up savings account at 5% interest, gives me a nice £300+ "surprise" once a year! app is super easy to set up and easy to use, great functionality - separate pots, great rates that change quickly when base rate changes, great rates on fx/foreign spend, rounding up on current account spend, integration with Nutmeg for ISA and other savings at good rates is tremendous. Rewarding, modern Banking

It's been quite a while since I spotted the Chase ad on the Tube and trusting the Brand I checked the website out. The current account offer was great with the 1% cashback as was the Savings account. It was a no-brainer to proceed with both. Comprehensive security is built-in the excellent app and there is outstanding Customer Service via Chat or Call, if needed (rarely if at all as the app is extremely well designed).
