Best bank account I’ve had.

Best bank account I’ve had. Quick effective customer service. Happy to help. Cash back on purchases and a linked savings account which also yields high interest returns. Easy navigation of app. Amazing security and ability to change account details in response to potential fraudulent activity. Fabulous customer service, interest rates and app

Chase's customer service has been nothing short of excellent, especially when I was travelling in America- they were contactable and helpful at all times!! The interest rates are fabulous compared to most major British Banks and they have helpful pots so you can keep your money organised but easily accessible. All Correspondence is prompt, account updates almost instantly (credit and debit), with changes to interest rates following through the same day unlike other providers who can take many days/weeks to make changes.
