Check for overcharging, instantly

I am able to manage my spending account really easily and top up from savings when needed. Instant expense notification is also really helpful as the new contact machines with an end scanner don’t reveal the screen amount charged. I’ve recently saved being overcharged by £45 for a £5 product (the assistant put in an extra 0!) because of the notification. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Chase customer service is second to none

ever since joining Chase I have found their teams to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They are on the phone whenever you have a query and will always solve any issue you might have and if they cannot solve it there and then they come back to you. Most other banks dont have the same knowledge as Chase and their customer service is second to none. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
