Excellent customer care

On a couple of occasions I had problems with purchases got in touch with Chase and they sorted it out quickly very happy with the outcome. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great account with great rates and app and no fees

Chase has very good savings rates on easy access savings so I can earn interest without locking the money away. Also 5% on round ups, 1% on current account balance and 1% cash back on card spending. The best part was the yearly statement of money earned. Little by little I made quite a large sum by banking with Chase. I most love the app and the breakdowns it gives. Also it is great for traveling as it has no fees for payments or withdrawals abroad. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
