Great communications and good rewards.

Great communications through their app , with notifications for all transactions and reminders in advance of regular payments. So easy to move funds between savings and current accounts, which are both earning interest. Perhaps a bit too keen on watching for anomalous transactions (i.e. possible fraud) but better safe than sorry and it was easy to get transactions cleared via the friendly call centre.
