Good bank, great App, hassle free banking.

I have had my account for nearly 2 years, transfers and payments are instantaneous or within seconds. I The In App purchase confirmation is very reassuring knowing it's hard to do fraudulent transactions on my account. On the rare occasion I have had to contact Chase, using the In App calling feature, really really good, my call has been answered within seconds, my issues resolved or comprehensive advice given. The Savings account is great for saving that Emergency Fund, truly instant access and at a respectable interest rate, not the highest but very competitive for Instant Access and higher than a lot of others. I'm a happy customer! I was put onto this account by a YouTube channel, and I would happily recommend. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
