Very good to use andf never had a problem.

I have spoken to customer service by phone and my experience was excellent. App is great and really easy to use. Their easy access savings rate was very good when i joined but has slipped slightly in recent months. I have already recommended to a family member who just as delighted as me. A good all round current account

Never had any problems with Chase. They have good interest rates and even provide 1% interest on their current account as well as cash back at 1% and round ups at a 5% interest if you opt in. They have good customer services and keep us well informed about any changes that may be happening including interest rates changing Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Over a year with Chase and superb!

I’ve been with chase for over a year and enjoyed a very significant amount of cash back over that time. On the odd occasion that I’ve had to contact their customer care, the response has been excellent with Chase resolving my issue satisfactorily each time. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
