Contactless Payment Limit

Had to speak to the Bank as my card had been rejected at contactless payments at various retailers despite there being funds in the account. The Adviser clearly talked me through why it had been rejected as there is a contactless monetary limit after which you need insert your card in the chip and pin and pay that way.. This is there to protect customer in the event of card being lost / stolen etc. I had not appreciated this but was directed to check the app. Very helpful adviser who provided comfort that this was there to protect customers. I love my Chase accounts

I love my Chase current account, the 1% cashback always gives me a little treat at the end of the month. The saving account is also great, a great rate that allows for unlimited withdrawals is excellent. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Current Account

The Current Account is easy to use as long as you are able to use online banking from another account to fund it. The debit card is accepted world wide any with no fees and inter bank exchange rates can't be bettered. In the 2 years I have had this account my current cash back totals £399.46. This is simply the best current account for value and ease of opperation. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
