Slick, easy-to-use, good value account

The ease of paying money into and out of the current account, setting up different accounts (e.g for different purposes), and the ease of using the app are all very good indeed. I find it a little frustrating that you can only access the app on one device (e.g. if it's on your iPhone, you can't also have it on your iPad) and also that you can't access your account on a web browser. It's nice that you get a little interest on the current account as well. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I have found it so easy to bank with Chase.

I have found it so easy to bank with Chase. The app is easy to use, payments are immediate, and the fact I can use the card globally for any currency with good conversion rates and no fees in a godsend for our modern world. The savings rate, whilst lower than some, is still competitive and I have found them to be helpful when i need it. The cashback on spending is also a fantastic little bonus too and I hope they keep on providing everything and being sustainable and moral. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
