Chase Bank is AMAZING why did I not move to them sooner

I have been with Chase for 5 months now and the rewards have been amazing as well as the banking app being astonishingly good. Comparing this to other banks I have been with, Chase have been amazing with providing a good service when help is needed as well as making saving more fun!
