Fast to open account

Brilliant interest rate and easy to use

Great Account

Great bank, some minor annoyances.

In general, very good, the rewards are decent such as the cashback on spending, the savings rate and interest on current account coming in soon. The app is pretty easy to navigate and the ability to freeze your card on there is handy. Downsides, the card only allows so many cardless payments before having to put pin in, this can cause issues if the person at the till is unaware of this. Also I am still wary about the security of having banking stored on my phone, but I guess this is the future. In short a good bank and the ability to spend abroad without all the ridiculous fees is fantastic. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Your £'s safely tucked up

This money 'app' makes banking simple. Being plus 60 never thought to trust the mobile. All transactions simple and smooth. Saving account rates raised in line BOE. Monthly interest on both current & savings account. 1% cashback on retail purchases, when using debit card. Debit card details held on phone (card nr. and security etc). What's not to be happi about. Reliability and reward

The Chase debit card can be regularly funded according to projected expenditure for the month and during the first year there is a very attractive 1% reward on all purchases made using the card. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

User friendly

Fantastic from applying for an account and using the mobile app. Bonus as you receive a debit card too. Easy to navigate the app. No jargon. Best Banking app. Really helpful customer service team which answered everything without having a battle. Love it. Recommended to a friend who was technology shy.
