You get what is writen on the tin. Great Customer service and no hassle, like you get from High Street Banks. As soon as they get into Business Banking, the traditional High Street Banks will feel the pain, as they should. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Chase are simple straightforward banking with excellent customer service on hand & great offers for customers who make regular use of their account including cash back on spending, round up with good interest added & easy access savings with competitive interest rates applied. Easy to use and good customer service

The app is easy to use and convenient, and push notifications are great. When my account was used fraudulently, I phoned customer services and they dealt with it swiftly and clearly explained what I needed to do.
