Enjoyable to use

The app is well designed and is easy to access and navigate around. There is also a link to Nutmeg to be able to view any investments. The interest rate and the cashback is impressive, as is the ability to set up different accounts. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Chase have been great since I joined nearly 1 year ago, super simple to use and the rewards linked to the account are great. Times where I have needed to contact customer services has also been very straight forward and simple to find the contact details.
