good value but limited features

The app based current account is easy to use and gives good value with cashback on pretty much all spending and fee/commission-free use abroad including cash withdrawals. It's a great account for everyday spending though the app has become a little less intuitive, recently particularly when transferring money between accounts and it's sometimes a little slow to respond on older phones. You can also run direct debits and transfer to other people in the UK, but it's not suitable as a sole account as you can't make transfers to foreign bank accounts. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Excellent and easy to use app

I use the Chase current account for all my day to day expenditures. The need to use chip and PIN rather than "touch card" every time expenditures pass a certain threshold can be slightly annoying, but this is far outweighed by the additional security it provides Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

User friendly and great service
