Simple and efficient

None of the messing about I usually encounter to set up an account. A bank that realises we are in the 21st century with online processes that work. So far, I haven't had to speak to a human being. The mobile banking procedures are quick and straightforward. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023

great experience

Great service, simple to use.

Before Chase for fifty years I used a main high street bank. Chase offers so much more in terms of rewards, interest rates and service. The app is simple to use, there is regular communication and any queries are dealt with immediately. A clear winner for me. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023

Brilliant service and very easy phone app.

Set up with Chase on the recommendation of a friend and in turn have now recommended to others. I bank online with 2 other banks, but Chase is by far the most user friendly. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023

Cashback Reward

Title says it all, no other bank in the UK is willing to provide cashback on pretty much all purchases. For example Santander only provide cashback at specific establishments. However, payments are rejected below an amount, it appears there is no overdraft. Reviewed on: 27th March 2023

Electronic banking had me sceptical to start...

I had seen a few non-branch associated banks launch, none of them really took my attention, but, a friend in the US, who was banking with Chase, told me I needed to give this a chance and it's been great. Just the fact, I don't get charged for foreign transactions, it's already saving me substantial money and every time you call, you always get somebody within a couple of minutes who is very helpful.
