Easy and straightforward to use

The Chase App is simple to use and you can save money too with their good interest rates (soon to be 1% on current accounts and a competitive rate on their savings) together with their cashback reward. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Great new banking services

Great new banking services. I like that opening a bank account is not complicated as it was with other banks. I was able to set up a bank account to pass on to my employer and get paid within days. With other bank, they require a paper trail of ancestors DNA to figure out if I am human or alien before allowing me to open a bank and get paid by my employer. I need a GP letter, a bill or my orthodontist GSCE degree to open a bank account with other banks. Chase was efficient, reliable and easy to use. heir customer service is great and respectful. Overseas usage

Visited Australia, Chase card was priceless, no transaction fees & a competitive rate. Spoilt by me losing it in the Ocean. Result several hundred £ foreign transaction fees with a different card. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Clean UI and Easy to use, FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE
