I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

No issues with CHASE, one day money was taken from m...

No issues with CHASE, one day money was taken from my account by a scammer and CHASE were fantastic, got my money back in less that 24hrs, changed me card and new one arrived within 48hrs. All from 3 taps on the app and within four minutes, I was speaking directly with a human. Cannot fault them. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026
