A great surprise

I originally got my chase account to sacrifice and claim a reward for swapping to a competitor. I did not want to lose the building society account that I have had for 40 years. Within days of using Chase I had to make an easy choice. Forget the reward for moving accounts and keep Chase. The app is easy to use. Response is quick 95% of the time. I am looking forward to using when I visit France at the end of the month. I still have my society account but use it less and less. Very pleased with Chase and my choice to keep it. Excellent service and easy to use app

The app is soooo easy to use and makes banking so easy. The rewards are great, I love the ability to round up, it's such a good way to save (even if just small amounts) the interest I am getting using it for all my daily spends and also in the savings account is amazing. I really like being able to have multiple saving pots for different events I need to save for. Moving money between accounts is also really easy and setting up new payments is much easier than other apps I've used before too. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
