An excellent bank, highly recommended

I have only just starting using Chase bank but it's been an amazing experience. I recently travelled to USA and instead of getting a travel money card, like I usually would, I simply used my chase bank account and was able to spend without any transaction fees - and even got 1% back on all the purchases I did. Really can't fault it at all! I am now using it as my every day bank. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

So simple

It's so easy to bank using the Chase Bank App and also easy to get help should you need it, The Cash back system works brilliantly.

It was incredibly easy to open an account with Chase Bank and I've been very impressed with the service. I've opened both a current and a savings account and they are great. Chase Bank has also increased the amount of interest earned on savings quickly and automatically. It's not the highest but still very good, and there is no need to tie up savings for any length of time and no penalty for leaving should one wish to. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
