Easy to use,

Overall a really good bank

I've had no issues with the bank so far and had an account with Chase for 5 months. I feel like it's a safe and reliable bank to bank with. As a new time customer I've recieved some good add-ons and new time bonuses, that have increased in value over time. I also like have the savings accounts on a separate page to my everyday account, which is a new feature recently been added. One thing I don't like yet is the fact can't cash in cheques, apart from that I have nothing bad to say of it so far. I've already been recommending to people Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Easy to use, great service

Since I’ve opened my Chase account it’s been extremely easy to use I. Every sense. The offers are very clear and have proved to be beneficial to use on a regular basis. I would recommend Chase to all. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

No fraud protection

Had fraud on several UK bank accounts this year, all others had prevention measures in place to stop and refund, chase didn’t and refused to refund. Cannot recommend them as failed with basic measure of keeping money safe. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Excellent current account!

Very easy to open, pays cashbank on transactions and no fees for foreign currency transactions! All in all excellent, travelled half way round the world with no cash, didn't need it, debit card linked to Google pay was faultless!! A shake up the rest of the banks need! Go Chase!
