Excellent online banking

Easy to use online banking app with some very good benefits. I particularly like the no foreign transaction charge benefit, which, makes the Chase card ideal to use abroad. The 1% cash back on purchases is also beneficial with no bank charges for using the app. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Fantastic current account

The whole Chase experience is great from their current account to their savings accounts. The app is easy to manage and I can see what rewards I’m earning with ease. Customer service is also excellent as they are quick to reply as well as helpful and polite. I made one very large transaction which they rang to check and confirm before authorisation but unlike other banks they didn’t just block my account.
