Great online bank!

App is great. Easy to use! The round ups, the cash back the interest on savings! Money works when times are hard atm. Communication is key!!! Chase gives excellent customer service and is super strong with regards to fraud and looking after their customers with attentive efficient contact . They provide excellent rates of interest on spend , savings , round up . I have been a Chase customer for a year & it is the best banking switch decision I’ve made. Couldn’t be happier. The app is excellent. It is unbelievably informative, user friendly and easy to navigate.. Customer service when I’ve used have been helpful, informative and certainly go the extra mile to assist.
