Excellent bank account

The best banking, options for everyone.

I just love this Bank. You can easily manage your account by the app, you can add attachments to your accounts to help you save, like round up. You don’t get bombarded but you get interesting and informative emails. I’m completely happy. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great customer service

Needed to pay a large amount of money to a solicitor. Tried to do this late in the evening. Chase stopped the payment and asked me to call customer service. Answered on the first ring and I could understand the call taker! All sorted in 5 mins at 10pm. Very impressive Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

A great pie e of advice from Martin Lewis

I iprnrd the new account with ease, primarily for use abroad. I am now using as a standard bank account with frills. They are excellent exchange rates whilst abroad without fees, 1 year of 1% of my transactions refunded to my account and ease of use of my card to spend anywhere that takes a Mastercard. Easy to use, reliable, digital bank.

I opened my account with Chase just before travelling through France and Spain for a couple of months, last autumn. It made the trip finances so much easier to manage with easy transfers and an advantageous exchange rate. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
