Simply the best bank I’ve ever had

I have been a customer for a few years and I love the way I can mange money between my spending saving and investing all in one app recommended by a friend and have passed on the good news to many others Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

So far, so excellent

My transactions have been entirely through the app. I find it logical simple to use and very effective. I particularly like the facility which allows me to see, and amend if necessary, payments which I have set up in the future. I also find the range of options in relation to selectively disabling functions of the card particularly useful. The range of different "freeze" options is excellent. I also find the rounding up and rewards very good. I have only one gripe and that relates to being able to only have the app on one device at a time. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Simple, Smart, and Stress-Free Banking

I’ve been using a current account with Chase Bank and my experience has been excellent from start to finish. The account setup process was straightforward and quick, and the mobile app is one of the best I’ve used — intuitive, fast, and easy to navigate. Day-to-day banking is seamless. Payments go through instantly, managing direct debits is simple, and I can clearly track my spending with real-time notifications. The app’s budgeting and transaction categorisation features make it easy to stay on top of my finances. Customer service has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I appreciate how transparent and straightforward everything is, with no unnecessary complications. That said, one feature that could make the account even better would be the option to create multiple spending “pots” or sub-accounts within the current account. Being able to separate money for bills, savings goals, or everyday spending would add an extra layer of budgeting flexibility and financial planning convenience. Overall, Chase offers a modern, reliable, and user-friendly banking experience. I’d confidently recommend their current account to anyone looking for simple, efficient everyday banking. Flexible, rewarding and easy to use.

Flexible, rewarding and easy to use. The current account is very straight forward with a clear layout and intuitive ways to manage your money. Plenty of options for saving a little or a lot with good interest rates. Easy to access app, the account suitable for use on your phone or with the traditional plastic card. As a self employed, working from home person, the option of going out to a bank for transactions is very limited. Contacting them via the app is also easy and the response is quick. My favourite feature is the multiple 'accounts' you can have within the account. This makes moving money into them and saving for items such as 'Holidays' or 'Christmas' easy, even if you only want to save a £1! Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
