When I opened my chase account I was referred by a friend and we both got £20. I went on the refer others and got £20 each time which was great. Their 1% cash bank on purchases for 1 year has also been a great bonus. I also have their round up account and that has helped me save money without even realising. Been using Chase Bank for about 8 months, very very helpful customer service team when I called them. App is also very easy to use too, I love the fact your can navigate through it with ease, not like the UK high street banks at all, so so easy to use! great break through bank in the UK! Everything right and then cashback

Easy to open an account, easy to manage the account, not tied to a physical card (cough Barclays), customer support available 24/7 and actually replies quickly, and then they give you money for using them. What's not to like Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Everything was set up in minutes. The card arrived a few days later (in a very posh package that actually really made me feel I was opening something special). Using the account has been easy, the app is intuitive, able to add to Google Wallet (unlike my main account with another bank). 100% better and more suitable for me.
