Brilliant all around

No complaints about this bank. Very simple to deal with. No bureaucracy like with your high street banks. More people need to switch to app only bank accounts. But there needs to be more awareness of them, and reassurance to different generations they are safe. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Banking with best

Never need to chase your inquiry more than once with Chase. I find this banking support 100% whenever I telephone the call is answered promptly professionally and equally dealt with accordingly, their help & knowledge and customer care is paramount. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Banking for today's world

Chase gives me everything I want in a current account: instant info on my day to day financial transactions, wonderful support whenever I need it and confidence that my personal data and money are secure.
