Having both current and savings accounts, everything is fantastic from the ease of using the app, setting up new accounts, great competitive interest rates, as well as fantastic customer support when needed. Every Thing that First Direct does but better

I am and have been a die hard first direct Banker, but Chaes is a step above with ease and able to save and the rates are good. its the closest thing we can get to Apple Card here in the UK Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
