Extremely user friendly

I have been using chase bank for a while now, I changed over from another bank who I had been with for 10 years, the transition was great, super easy and I had no idea how outdated my old bank was. Chase are very up to speed and super user friendly! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

The easiest app, bank and CS you could want.

They offer cashback, their interest rates are some of the best in the market. The savings account is easy access and thru even have linked access to investment apps as well. Their customer service is excellent. I only wonder what all the data collected from each and every one of us is used for??! Apart from that, 10/10 for me. The other UK Hgh St banks really do need to catch up, they have been left far behind. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
