Great bank

I have four other bank accounts and they don't compare in any way with Chase. Their customer services, interest rates and accessibility don't get near my chase accounts. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Never had a problem

I recently switched to Chase Bank after holding a traditional bank account for over 20 years, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Although there aren't any physical branches, I have never encountered any issues with their online banking services. The process is straightforward, without any unnecessary hoops to jump through, and it is incredibly efficient. Even someone who is tech fobia finds the app so simple

I love how simple the app is, iveset up different savings accounts and move money into these each month. Labelled them appropriately ie hols, insurance, car etc. The fact they all attract the same interest takes the stree out of which account I should put money into. Outstanding customer service

Interest on spending
