Easy to set up, easy to use and managed. Interest rate are kept up to date with Bank of England changes and the 1% cash back is a great help. Customer service are brilliant they are fast and efficient at getting back to you and answering queries. A good bank that other banks should aspire to. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

You get rewarded for just using your debit card, using your card aboard doesn't cost any extra and the exchange rate is good. The app is great and so easy to set up. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Too many small issues

The App is really slow, registering was a nightmare, refunds to my account get declined. Cashback only lasts a year. On transferring money in I get warned to check if this is genuine. Some recent improvements but still the worst app and worst customer experience of everyone I back with Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Fast, efficient, straightforward banking

One of the best bank accounts I've ever had to date, the mobile app from chase bank is so fast and Easy to use, can open multiple accounts in the app for yourself to save money and organise your money, I've earned 1% cashback from day 1 of opening the account for a whole year, there's a roundup account where it rounds up to thr nearest pound and saves the change in a separate account and saves it for 12 months and then pays it into whichever account you want at the end of the 12 months, it has a savings account with a brilliant Apr percentage at the moment, receiving and sending money within the chase app is lightening speed 24 hours a day 7 days a week, communication is excellent you can either use the in app messaging system or call chase to speak to someone 24 hours a day 7 days a week always got advice and help immediately they are very prompt, overall I've had the best experience with chase I've never had a problem they are so worth joining I really recommend chase bank UK Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
