Innovative and practical

The chase banking experience is unlike any other one. You can tell they built it from scratch with customer experience in mind, rather than having an old platform that they would keep updating - as other banks do. It's very intuitive to use and has all these extra features that other banks don't offer. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Does what they say!

Great newcomer

Been with Cahoot since they started, bit moved over to Chase except for a couple of direct debits to keep account open to pay in cheques( not found away yet to pay chqs into chase) Cahoot way behind times now No banking app, no interest equalled hello chase Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Chase is the best and is now my default bank account

The app is so convenient, intuitive and easy to manage, and the Rewards and Round Up system are marvellous. Notifications are instantaneous when anything is purchased. Chase can't be beaten. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Best amount of benefits

Great app, great benefits (best Cashback, best instant access savings rate, no foreign currency fees, fast customer service). The only things missing from the app are: - being able to download your transactions in CSV/Excel format; - the notification when spending abroad is in local currency only, you have to open the app to see the amount in GBP.
