Easy banking, no paper, lots extras

Fantastic service

I joined Chase a year ago as they were offering a very competitive cash back offer on transactions. Occasionally I've had to message them and they have always been prompt and helpful with my enquiries. They have also kept pace with recent changes to the BoE interest rates and for an instant access savings account 3% is very competitive. I've recommended them to quite a few friends now too!
