I LOVE Chase

Absolutely first class service and App, superb

Chase bank since I opened a current account and saver account a few weeks ago have been a breath of fresh air. Fantastic service and the app is absolutely first class. They answer calls quickly as well which nowadays is a very rare thing with other companies. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Best banking experience, Simplicity and availability!

Best banking experience, so simply and so easy i did my research into all the banks and i specifically chose chase because of their customer service experience and how easy it is to navigate through their systems. I love it and i am happy i am a chase member. They give amazing interest rates and have so many options and features available for customers. When i want to get into contact with chase all i have to do is call and someone is always on the other end of the line no matter what time it is. I left my nationwide and my monzo and only rely on chase and it has been such an easy move and i have not regretted it once. Will definitely stay with chase and recommend chase to anyone i can because they do their job right and i am very satisfied. They genuinely deserve the award. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Excellent app

The app is so good for doing pretty much anything and everything is instant. If you need help the online chat works well. My only gripe is the lowering of the interest rate along with reducing the cash back T&Cs Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

you will not be disappointed

It was so simple to open and you don’t pay international transfers which is why I opened the account. You also get cash back for shopping up to £15 a month which is brilliant in these hard times. They also give you a boosted interest rate on your savings account for 6 months. Which is very nice. I would recommend Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
