I LOVE Chase

I love Chase. They’re fantastic for daily spending. I love the cashback offer, the savings rates, the round up feature and the integration with Nutmeg. Customer service is also beyond great via phone and chat. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Client onboarding made very simple - flawless!!

Having sampled a couple of other "non-branch" online banks in the last few years, I was somewhat sceptical about the possible user experience if I should open an account with Chase. The publicity sounded like a lot of media bluster! However, I was definitely not disappointed with my decision to open an account with Chase. When I say that it was slick and well thought out new account opening process, I might be understating my overall satisfaction levels! I was very very happy with the well thought out client onboarding technology. The process was flawless and I began my relationship with Chase on a very positive footing.
