I love Chase

Excelent Customer Service

Recently I visited India and was using my Debit Card to withdraw cash and pay for items. I had some issues with this but the service centre were very quick to respond to my enquiries and reassure me that my account hadn't been compromised and my card was still active, the problem being with the merchant not accepting non-Indian cards. Also worth noting there was no commission charged for foreign currency transactions. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
