Just so simple to do banking.

Just so simple to do banking. Don’t even worry about trying new things like transferring money to another person or setting up a direct debit. Initiative interface that helps and always other help available. I wish they had been around 40 years ago when I started my banking life journey. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

Easy to navigate

The app is quite user friendly and very easy to navigate. I couldn't ask for any improvements to date because I have not had cause to. Getting in touch with customer service is quite simple and the experience I've had to date is very positive. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

A real bank, not a faceless computer system.

Everything a bank should be to it's customers. Old school customer service! No extortionate charges for foreign transactions makes it great value. In a recent transaction a security risk was identified and dealt with sensibly by real people on the phone. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025

The best current account

The best current account out there accompanied by great customer experience when there is a dispute in transactions. Used to be able to earn 1% interest but still is the best for current account use with the round up save which earn 5% interest. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025
