5*’s all around. Innovative bank of the 21st century

I’ve been banking with chase for around 5 years now and can honestly say it’s the best bank I’ve ever been with. The app is super easy to use, customer services is excellent. The perks are fantastic; cash back and a competitive interest rate. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

I've found it very useful to use abroad.

I've found it very useful to use abroad. Shows straight away what I have spent in British currency and its easy to make a transfer from another bank account into Chase and vice versa. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

App only access can lead to issues when the app is down or doesn't run properly - web access would be helpful to also slow access from other devices. Savings and current account are good but control through the app is slow to update. Savings rates are now quite low Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Great for travelling abroad

Great for travelling abroad - has decent exchange rates. App is extremely clear ro use and move money atound eg into my holiday saver!. Have already recommended it to 2 friends who have created own accounts now and love it too. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
