App is simple to use.

App is simple to use. I like the rounding up when I spend and that I am informed promptly when I make a transaction. I used the card confidently on holiday. Communication is good and is polite so that I feel valued unlike communication with my previous bank which was difficult to achieve. I wish I had discovered Chase earlier. It offers real-time notifications, detailed spending insights, and easy-to-use budgeting tools. Moving money between accounts or setting up standing orders is a breeze. Another big plus is the 24/7 customer support. Whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve received quick and helpful responses via in-app chat. Security also seems to be a top priority — the app uses biometric login and gives you control over your card (you can freeze/unfreeze it instantly, which is great peace of mind). Overall, Chase UK combines modern features, smart saving tools, and real value for money.
